I purchased a U3415W 6 days ago. Yesterday it developed a bright pixel defect and now I'm having difficulty in contacting Dell tech support to resolve the issue because:
1. My service Tag is not being recognized by the Dell website.
2. There is no Express Service Code either on the monitor or on the box/documentation.
3. Australian Phone Support [Basic Support Printers, Monitors Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–8 p.m. (AEST)] Leaves me a "we are closed, please call back tomorrow during business hours" when I called up at Tuesday 4pm AEST.
I bought the monitor directly from Dell, this shouldn't be that hard to get in contact. What can I do?
