My Dell S2340M has green pixels in the upper right corner for a few months now. Been too busy to try and figure this out. But then the whole screen suddenly when has pink/maroon/green pixels and it was too much to handle. Then it went away and back to just green pixels in the upper right corner.
The tag on the back of the monitor does not contain a service tag. But it seems a service tag is required in order to get any help from Dell. How is one suppose to log a case when there is no service tag??
