The Dell software is calibrating my UP2414Q whitepoint for black body instead of daylight (verified in DispCal). I tried multiple time to contact Dell Support and must be the worst customer support experience ever. Hours on the phone being bounced from one clueless employee to another, until the line drops (or they hung up at you?) as they are based in India, and it is also very difficult to hear anything. Does anyone know a way to contact Dell, I mean a knowledgable employee, someone that knows more than just turning on and off monitor, to discuss the matter. So far all that they managed to say is that I have to use an i1 Display Pro to calibrate, thanks...
Nevertheless, if you know how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated as I would like love to spare myself another round of calls with Dell Support.
Dell Support is so many light years away from Apple!
