Refurbished Monitors not coming with power cords or anything else.

So I ordered a refurbished P2414H that arrived yesterday. The only thing in the box was the monitor and the invoice. What was not included was a power cord, any sort of connection cord, warranty info, manual, etc. Nada. I called customer service last night to be hung up on once and then the second time I was transferred to a recording to let me know they were closed. I tried chat today and I'm not really sure if anything was accomplished. He said he will ship me a power cable, but it's going to be an 8 day MINIMUM to get to me, because it will take 8 days to process my request. I'm assuming this is just the policy that he was told. A friend of mine says they overnighted his power cords to him, he has the same exact issue. I really wish customer service was more consistent because this is pretty ridiculous. I have no way to test this monitor and I sure hope my warranty/return time isn't running down because of this, even though I know it is. I can't even check to see if this monitor works. I'm an extremely disappointed with Dell at the moment. I know for a fact that in previous posts it was mentioned that refurbished monitors come with the same cords that new ones do. Why is it so hard to get what I paid for?
