Dell P2314H LCD conditioning doesn't seem to work

Hello,

from 3 days I'm owner of brand new Dell P2314H monitor. When I play full hd videos on youtube there is a lag. For example the following video. I read that I have LCD conditioning functionality, which fix some issues, but it doesn't seem to work.

I started LCD conditioning several times - each one with duration above 4 hours and it only show me - "LCD Conditioning is currently in progress", so a manually stopped the progress.

My operation system is Linux Ubuntu 14.10 with the following characteristics:

• Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz × 8 
• Graphics: GeForce GTX 660M/PCIe/SSE2

Also I tried on friend's laptop with operation system Windows 8.1 (I installed monitor drivers), but the problem still continues.

Any ideas?
