Dell E228WFP screen buzzing?

Recently I have started using this old monitor again and it was working fine until it stated randomly buzzing. I am using it with a split screen with a newer monitor (Dell S2440L) on a Inspiration 660 computer. Is there any way to fix the buzzing noise?
