I just got a brand new u2715h and its got an annoying hatch pattern in the mid-left part of the screen. The pattern is really noticeable when you are looking at an evenly coloured image and is really annoying especially when browsing. the pattern is also visible during the 'LCD Conditioning' screens so that rules out my pc/cables
I was wandering if this is a known issue or if I should be getting a replacement after all its a fairly expensive monitor and expected the display to be perfect.
My fear is that I get another one with another defect: This is the second monitor I bought in the last month - the first one was a dell u2713hm and had a spec of dust under the screen. I eventually returned it for a refund
the pattern is mostly visible on green/white/cyan backgrounds
