I can not get the monitor to work at 3.0 speeds. After a long time with tech support they told me that it is not 3.0. The USB cable that came with the set does not have blue on either end. The ports on the side are not blue. The ports on the bottom are not blue. All available literature and the owner's manual claim 3.0. Very disappointing.
