Dell refusing to honor warranty because I don't have a service tag number on my monitor when all monitors purchased from amazon do not get a service tag number. What do I do to replace my broken monitor still in its warranty phase please help! I purchased a S2340M monitor from Amazon.com thinking that I could enter the service tag and add them to my Dell Account to activate warranty, Now My monitor is not working properly whatsoever and it has a terrible pink hue to it as well as vertical blinking lines running through making it hard to view, I just bought this a little over a year ago and now I can't get help from anyone to get it replaced or fixed with whatever issue it is having! What can I do to get Dell to honor the warranty without the service tag because when you purchase a monitor from amazon they don't come with that. Please help me figure out how I can get this fixed or replaced by Dell!
