Hello, dear Dell. I have a monitor - Dell U2312HM 23 LED IPS UltraSharp 8ms but i have a problem. The right side on the monitor is pink. I made a BID test (with unplugged interface cabel) and it's the same problem. I was contacted with 'Technical Support' in Bulgaria(my country) and they changed my monitor. After 2 days - the problem comes back... i think Dell U2312HM 23 series are defective. I want to ask if you can change my monitor with another model, newer and working good(Flickery free, without PWM). I am asking here because the contact with Customer Support in the main site is impossible. I don't know the Customer number and my shop center in my country couldn't give it to me! I can give you the other information like Order number, Serial number, Revision number and etc. but i do not have Customber number, please help.
