U2412M, replacement LCD panel?

I bought this monitor a while ago, used one, and accident happened and there is a crack in lcd panel, so it doesn't show anything apart artifacts. i was trying to find a new panel to buy but couldn't. Could you please direct me where i could get one? I spend 40min on a phone waiting for someone from technicians to answer my call, but my phone died before this brilliant service could kick in, disappointed with DELL, never had to wait that long anywhere for call to be answered, i just want to make my monitor work again.
