None of the buttons related to phone or microphone work. I can use the webcam and I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. Is this set up to work only with Lynx and not with any other type of web conferencing like hangouts or skype, etc. Please advise how to get the mircophone to work. Specifically bought this monitor to be able to visit long distance with my granddaughter.
