Bought 2 days ago U2913WM.
At lunch i went home set it up, everything was nice, turned off PC. In the evening when i went home, turned on pc, the monitor did not respond. Weird thing was, that when the mointor power button was still glowing, i pressed the power button, it did not beep and turned off in 5 seconds.
Tried several things: turned off and on several times, plugged all cables in and out, nothing worked. Then on dell forums i found the instruction "turn off, unplug everything, hold down power 10seconds, plug back in" -this worked at that time. Downloaded drivers and Dell Display Manager.
Next day same problem but the previous instruction did not work. After some hustle i got the screen working again. Tried what happened when i turn off pc - monitor went to power save(power button pulsating), turned on pc, the monitor worked. Then i tried setting windows monitor sleep time to 1 minute and see what happened. moniot went to sleep & to PSM(power button pulsating again), touched my mouse and i got the picture going again.
When i went to sleep, i saw the power button pulsating and thought it was good sign, when i woke up in the morning the power button was still pulsating and i thought that the problem was just temporary. But when i turned the pc on, nothing happened, only the power button light stopped pulsating and went to "ON" (just glowing) no picture or anything. other buttons not working, not even the beep sound.
What i discovered what worked for me: i turn off monitor from power button, the light goes out, i pull the plug, press the power button so the button beeps & other buttons light up for a sec and then go out, i immediately plug the power in and the screen responds again.
It seems to me there is a problem with the display powering on correctly cause not even the led backlight goes on when this anomaly occurs.

I also include a picture, the capacative buttons frame looked a little off when i opened the package.
And just now i noticed that when i turn off and on, the display somewhat flickers turning on, before the picture comes up.
