I have spent hours trying to register my 2414Q Dell monitor. I have never had this issue with any other company. Dell, you need to fix this. All we need is a way to enter our serial number in our account to add products which don't have service tags. Be considerate of our time please.
I did not buy direct so I don't have an order number, hence the ongoing conundrum. When I finally managed to get through to a human via the support phone lines I was hung up on twice. Not sure why but it seemed they did not understand what I was asking. I tried chat support and they just shuffled me off to the phone lines. Not good. Not impressed. Love the monitor though. - Neil
