Power not working intermittently. I have to unplug and plug. When monitor initially powers up green thin horizontal lines flicker. Eventually after the screen warms up these lines disappear. The Lines are getting worse. I have done a Factory reset. No Change. Replaced DVI cable No Change. I have a dual monitor system. The 2nd monitor shows no problems. The monitor with problem is main monitor. When computer boots up. The secondary monitor diplays until about 30 sec after windows fully boots up then problem monitor turns on.
