I have a REV A01 U2414Hb and this monitor is only recognised / detected via HDMI
Tried 3 x MacBook Pro from 2008 to 2014 Thunderbolt 1 and 2, tried OSX 10.9.4 and Win 7.
DP 1.2 on and off.
Monitor is not detected either through a thunderbolt cable or the supplied mini port cable.
Is this a faulty monitor or are Dell/Apple not playing together?
Seems strange that the key feature of this monitor i.e. display port connection does not function with Apple as I believe Apple pushed that connection.
