Seeing the following lines on my Dell S2340L, which I bought a couple of months ago. Seeing these lines with/without VGA/HDMI cables inserted.

Could not run self tests/diagnostics due to this problem.
Please help and also provide customer support information for Singapore. I looked up the support numbers online but couldn't find any specific number for Monitor support. This monitor also does not have a service tag # which makes getting support even more challenging.
Its been an incredibly frustrating morning. I thought Dell had one of the best customer support programs.
