I recently purchased an "Accell UltraAV B101B-003B Display Port with VGA Active Adapter" for use with AMD Eyefinity from here: http://www.amazon.com/Accell-UltraAV-B101B-003B-Display-Adapter/dp/B003HC85D2 Upon receiving the adapter and plugging it in to my third monitor i was a bit disappointed. At first it seemed to work flawlessly, but then i started to try and open some applications and games. The screen would start to flicker uncontrollably until i stopped the program/game. i tried to fiddle with it for awhile and make it work with no success. I eventually ended up returning it to Amazon yesterday. So what im wanting to do now is try again with a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. I believe what i'm looking for is the "UltraAV® DisplayPort 1.1 to HDMI 1.4 Active Adapter" found here: http://www.accellcables.com/collections/adapters/products/ultraav-displayport-1-1-to-hdmi-1-4-active-adapter it is also Eyefinity validated like the last adapter. Will this work or will i just run across the same issue? Does anybody know exactly what was wrong before? If it matters, I have 3 s2240l model monitors and a vid card with 1 hdmi port, 1 DisplayPort, and 1 DVI port. the monitors just have 1 vga and 1 hdmi port.
