Blurry text on Dell U2414h connected to Macbook Pro Retina

Hello,I recently bought a new monitor(Dell U2414H) that i connected to my Macbook Pro Retina Late 2013 (using OS X Mavericks 10.9.3) via mDP to DP.

Movies and pictures look gorgeous but the fonts are blurry.I tried the "force RGB instead of  YCbCr - ruby script" and LCD font smoothing method but does not work.

If i open a webpage and zoom in,the fonts looks much better.

Let me note that I have not installed any drivers for this display.

Can someone help me with this issue?
