Trying to calibrate monitor Dell Ultrasharp U2713H using application Dell Ultrasharp Color Calibration Solution and x-rite i1 Display Pro device when I start the application the display gets a magenta background. If I continue the calibration process when it gets to [Step 2 of 7] Measuring calibration patch 44 of 44.the application crashes and I get the following message on the screen:
" DellColo Application stopped working properly due to a problem. Windows will close the application and will let you know if there is a solution".
After closing the application I have to restart the computer to get rid of the strong magenta background.on the screen.
I use Windows 8.1 Pro.
I would very much appreciate your help to solve the problem and to be able to calibrate the U2713H display.
