U2312HM Pink flickering lines down the side of the monitor

Ports used: Dell supplied HDMI cable from monitor to graphics card
Resolution: 1920 x 1080

My Dell U2312HM Monitor I bought 2 years ago from a local store started showing these pink flickering lines going down the left side of the screen. I've tried checking the cables, restarting both my system and monitor, and reinstalling my video drivers but the problem still persists. I can't contact customer support either because it doesn't come with a service number.
