We recently upgraded from windows 8 to 8.1, and now the screen resolution on our the screen resolution keeps jumping from generic PnP monitor to recognizing the Dell. It does it randomly and quite often at times. If I click "detect" on the screen resolution screen, it will go back to normal for a bit, then starts over again. I have checked all the drivers on my computer, checked what I can download for the S2340M monitor and put the monitor back to factory presets. Nothing seems to work. I can't find anything online to help me solve this issue. Is this something you are aware of and do you have any suggestions as to what I can do to solve this? It worked great prior to going to 8.1.
