Some time ago, my customer bought 2 DELL monitors P2214H. Unfortunate his can’t use both monitors because on both monitors display ports are not working, I tried to make it work with 3 different video cards, (Intel, Nvidia, ATI). The result is the same when all other monitors works, P2214H doesn’t. VGA and DVI-D work fine, DisplayPort not. I send it to service, and then odd thing happened. Yours Lithuanian services (Servisa ICT) refuse to repair it. Service claim that items is OK and doesn’t need any repair (I already send it to them twice). But I and my coworkers still unable to connect your monitors via DisplayPort, computer just don’t see monitors, monitors show "entering power saving mode" It is any solution to my customer problem?
