Through Dell's online technical support chat, the Dell agent diagnosed my brand new, in warranty U3014 LCD as faulty and I was emailed dispatch & service request numbers on July 23, 2013. Upon checking the status of the service request again today (from this page: http://www.dell.com/support/incidents/us/en/04?c=us&s=bsd&cs=04&l=en), it does not appear to have shipped yet despite being initiated nearly a week ago.
When might I expect my replacement LCD to ship? I was hoping for a much quicker resolution from Dell, especially for Dell's flagship premium LCD.
