Last week I've bought three Dell U2414H monitors.
One of them seem to keep rebooting.
NOTE: Only the Power connector is connected, so no USB, no HDMI and no DP cables are plugged in.
When I turn on the monitor sometimes some vertical green lines appear otherwise the screen keeps black or shows some dark vertical lines.
After a couple of (random) seconds, the monitor turns off and immediately turns on again.
Sometimes i'll see the backlight just before the monitor turns off again.
It is not possible to open the OSD and it's even not possible to turn the monitor off (without unplugging it).
AGAIN: The issue appears even with only a power cable plugged in, so I'm really sure it is not a software/driver/GPU issue. It seems to be a hardware/firmware faillure.
When I also connect the USB, Windows plays the sound "hardware connected" and "hardware disconnected" and keeps this repeating based on the monitor turning on and off.
Is this a known issue and/or can this be fixed?
