In Windows 8.1 I have the monitor set to switch off after 10 minutes of inactivity. Since yesterday, I noticed that after 10 minutes of inactivity, the screen goes black, but the monitor doesn't go into standby as the backlight is still on (so the screen is glowing) and the power button light is glowing solid white. It's connected via the DVI-D cable that came with it. I haven't changed anything in terms of software/hardware. Does this sound like a hardware issue with the monitor? Are there any troubleshooting steps I can take?
